SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3–7 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to delays from third-party carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the client.

Once dispatched, the shipment is under the responsibility of the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our pieces — worn closely on the body and often made to order — we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We invite you to take care when selecting your piece and to reach out prior to purchase if you need guidance.

SIZING

Each piece is designed with intention and specific proportions.

If you are unsure, we are available to guide you before your purchase.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect:

•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

•Include a video of the unboxing and issue

We will review and offer a repair, replacement, or solution where appropriate.
